OPACK revolutionizes packaging for sustainable e-commerce. Faced with the environmental challenge posed by the 1.7 billion parcels sent each year in France, generating 300,000 tonnes of waste and 1 million tonnes of CO2, Opack is developing a reusable, cost-effective solution as a genuine alternative to cardboard and single-use overpackaging. Their innovation: an inflatable cushioning system combined with a flexible, robust bag, designed to be used up to 100 times, and a business model that encourages reuse. The system reduces waste by 99% and cuts logistics-related CO2 emissions by up to 80%. With a potential market of 2 billion bottle shipments in France, and supported by opportunities such as the AGEC (anti-waste) law on the circular economy, Opack stands out for its cost-competitiveness compared with existing solutions. Winner of the Concours Lépine International 2023, Opack is establishing itself as a key player in more sustainable e-commerce.
Lumireur Lumireur: improves wine racking operations with ingenuity and practicality. Lumireur is a luminous box that clips onto wine and brewery testers. It optimizes wine transfer between barrels and vats, offering better conditions for precise visual control. This innovative system replaces the makeshift devices used on testers, which are often ill-suited to dark cellar environments. It offers the 59,000 wineries in France the chance to simplify turbidity checks, and contribute to better quality results. Compact and practical, it integrates perfectly into modern viticultural operations, adapting to the full range of testers while respecting winery requirements.
GrapeTrack GrapeTrack: simplifies wine labeling and compliance with new regulations. Faced with the EU2021/2117 requirement to display nutritional values via QR codes, GrapeTrack offers an automated solution for winemakers, while providing a new source of revenue for wine laboratories. Thanks to a unique partnership with these laboratories, the platform facilitates the calculation of energy values and the creation of QR codes, meeting the needs of a market of 3 million winemakers and nearly 1,000 laboratories in Europe carrying out between 10,000 and 50,000 analyses per year. Innovative and multilingual, GrapeTrack transforms a regulatory constraint into an opportunity for the entire industry.
MAISON Pinaster Just like a vineyard and its wine, Maison Pinaster innovates by growing hops under the maritime pines of Gironde, producing a unique craft beer rooted in its terroir. A symbiotic culture: the pines act as natural stakes for the hops, a forest liana, promoting biodiversity and preventing forest fires. A parallel to Bordeaux wine: harvested in September, hops could become the heart of new agricultural and festive traditions. Echoing the spirit of wine tourism, La Maison Pinaster's ambition is to spread the word about a "Bordeaux beer", an artisanal, local and eco-responsible product, supported by the richness of the Gironde terroir.

STARFISH Bioscience Regenerating soils through their microbiomes. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, 70% of the world's arable land is degraded, mainly due to the depletion of soil microbial biodiversity. This degradation leads to yield loss and crop vulnerability. STARFISH Bioscience has the solution: restoring key soil micro-organisms and repairing the soil ecosystem with new solutions derived from soil bacteria - a massive opportunity for the wine industry and its agricultural innovations.
