We invite you to join us for a unique opportunity to exchange ideas over a Participatory Brunch, bringing together innovative companies and winegrowers to reflect together on the challenges and solutions for sustainable viticulture.

Startups Starfish Bioscience (soil microbiota restoration), Oenoco (glass bottle recycling), Vinea Énergie (vineyard recycling), Vinifresh (must cooling), as well as Pénélope Godefroy (oenologist, biodynamic and CSR specialist) and Clémentine Chazal (political scientist, natural wine specialist) will be on hand to share their experiences.
