THE FLAKON CONCEPT

Flakon's mission is simple: to make oenology accessible to all through shared tasting experiences of rare wines, highlighting the expertise of winemakers.

Each bottle holds two tasting glasses to share. This means you can enjoy each wine without having to buy and finish an entire bottle. What's more, all the wines are rigorously selected by professionals from among the rarest and most exclusive vintages in the world.

The aim: to introduce people to exceptional wines appreciated by connoisseurs and amateurs alike, and not available in the usual supermarkets.

WHAT'S INSIDE A FLAKON BOX?

Wine advent calendar, unusual wines, foreign wines, legendary wines... The brand has developed a range of gift sets to guide wine lovers through the tasting process and give them the keys to recognizing and analyzing wine aromas. You'll receive an explanatory brochure and access to an expert-guided tasting experience. For the more inquisitive, the brand also offers a subscription package in collaboration with France's Best Sommelier to deepen your knowledge and discover emblematic wine regions.

WHERE DID THE IDEA FOR FLAKON COME FROM?

It was while working in New York for a major French Champagne house that founder Clément developed a passion for the sector. He tried to train himself in the art of oenology, not without difficulty, given the large number of bottles he had to buy and open in order to broaden his oenological horizons. On his return to France, he came up with the idea of creating a tasting brand to enable everyone to discover exceptional vintages easily from home.

After an explosion in sales in 2022 thanks to social networks, Flakon has over 50 partner domains, 100+ resellers and 10,000+ customers in France and Europe. Stay tuned!
