W Platform's mission is to design and implement systems for the treatment and recovery of chemical products, and in particular the capture and treatment of CO2 of fermentative origin, whether from viticulture, brewing or methanization, to enable their reuse in a circular economy logic. Following its creation in 2021, the company designed and developed the CO2 Winery offering, which was commercially launched in December 2022 with 5 major customers in the wine market (Château Latour, Les Grands Chais de France, Château Respide, Les Caves de la Loire and Château Peychaud).
