Our history
-ispalis- is the result of a shared passion for wines and spirits between Jean-François Kilian and Sébastien Moitel. Former colleagues, they have become a true duo. During informal exchanges over a good wine, the two friends realize that they share the same values around gastronomy and good products.
Jean-François is trained in wine and gastronomy, but was also introduced to oenology by Éric Dugardin, Sommelier and Independent Wine Advisor. Sébastien, on the other hand, has more of a brewing background, and draws a parallel between oenology and zythology.

Our projects
After developing a remote wine cellar, -ispalis- decided to create the PEB. What is the PEB? It's the Plan d'Epargne en Bouteilles (Bottle Savings Plan), to diversify savings and be able to consume them for pleasure, the real liquid savings and meet the needs of savers looking to secure and give meaning to their money.
Our added value: storage at source, directly from the producer, to limit the carbon footprint!
Incubated at 1kubator and Euratechnologies, they benefit from a network of experts, mentors and entrepreneurs. Thanks to the European Metropolis of Lille, they were able to present -ispalis- at VivaTech, Europe's premier startup event.
Following this exceptional opportunity for -ispalis- they developed an innovative digital companion that uses the data and expectations of the restaurateur to match menus and beverage stocks in a tailored and efficient way.
