We support and train wine professionals in the development of their wine tourism offer, focusing on 3 key areas.

3 areas of support

Project management: creation and development of wine tourism offers. Full support adapted to each structure to build a strategy and successful offers, with agricultural structures and industry partners (inter-professions, appellation syndicates, etc.).

Training: our estates and partners also offer short, professional training courses (preparing for the season, creating a wine tourism product, boosting tours with a pedagogical approach, etc.).

Presentations & conferences: discussion of wine tourism topics at conferences, roundtables or webinars - creation of training modules and organization of specialized courses in higher education establishments.

About us

It was the meeting of aspects and values such as science, history, transmission, family and humanity that made me passionate about wine.

Sharing my discoveries, talking simply about the product, its terroir and the people behind the bottle, making them accessible; that's what drives me.

Curious by nature, I love discovering new things and then sharing my knowledge around simple, convivial moments. Following a dual training in business and wine, I obtained the WSET 3 and expanded my projects thanks to several professional experiences.

It was with a desire to help the wine industry develop and to strengthen the links between vineyard and customer that I embarked on the Avinœ adventure!
